Kittehpult is a game about flinging cats. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server of its own. We never see your cats, your scores, or anything else you do in the game.

What stays on your device

Everything the game keeps — your designed cats and their colours, painted markings and recorded meows, plus your unlocks, best scores, settings and mode choice — is stored on your phone by the app itself. On Android the game also writes a copy of your cats to Downloads/Kittehpult, so they survive the game being uninstalled, and you can export a backup yourself from Options and send it wherever you choose. None of it reaches us: there is no Kittehpult server, and we have no copy of any of it.

Microphone

The cat designer can record a short clip of your own cat's meow, to play when you fling them. The game asks for microphone permission only when you tap the record button, and the recording is saved on your device — it is never uploaded anywhere. You can delete a recording, or the whole cat, at any time in the designer.

Advertising

Kittehpult shows ads supplied by Google AdMob: a full-screen ad after a round or every few minutes of play, and an optional one you can choose to watch in exchange for an instant autokitteh. These are the only parts of the game that use the network.

To serve them, AdMob receives technical information from your device such as a device advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and app details. That processing is Google's, described in the Google privacy & terms and the AdMob policies. We receive no personal information from it.

On iOS you are asked, through Apple's own App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether Kittehpult may use that identifier for tracking. Say no and ads still appear, just less targeted. You can change the answer later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, the equivalent control is Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Buying the one-off remove ads unlock stops the full-screen ads and the requests that go with them; the optional reward ad stays available, because you choose when to watch it. The purchase itself is handled by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.

What the game doesn't do

No accounts or sign-in. No analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDKs of our own. Nothing you make or score is sent anywhere.

Children

Kittehpult is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date above.
